LA MOSTRA

La Mostra de Cuina de Mallorca is open to all restaurants on our island, depending on the route to which they belong. During the four days that each route lasts (from Thursday to Sunday), the participating restaurants in the area must offer for the occasion:

– A ‘Mostra Menu’ (at a fixed price of €25, VAT included) that will consist of a starter, a main course, a dessert and a drink.

– A ‘Gastronomic Menu’ (at a price and format of your choice) consisting of dishes based on local products.

The routes calendar is as follows:

• Palma Route: from March 09 to 12

Includes the municipality of the capital of the islands.

• Serra and Nord Route: from March 16 to 19

Calvià, Andratx, Estellencs, Puigpunyent, Banyalbufar, Escorca, Fornalutx, Sóller, Bunyola, Deià, Valldemossa, Esporles, Pollença, Muro, Sa Pobla, Alcúdia and Santa Margalida

• Llevant and Migjorn Route: from March 23 to 26

Artà, Capdepera, Son Servera, Sant Llorenç, Manacor, Llucmajor, Campos, Ses Salines, Santanyí and Felanitx

• Pla and Raiguer: from March 30 to April 2

Santa Eugènia, Algaida, Sencelles, Montuïri, Lloret, Costitx, Sant Joan, Porreres, Sineu, Llubí, Maria, Ariany, Petra, Vilafranca, Alaró, Binissalem, Búger, Campanet, Consell, Lloseta, Inca, Mancor de la Vall, Marratxí, Santa Maria del Camí and Selva
